BioTalent have partnered up with a pioneer in innovative solutions for diabetes care and other therapeutic areas in their search for a Head of IT Shared Services.

• Management of personnel and technical management of the IT Quality Assurance/CSV and IT Standards teams.
• Collaboration with IT departments and teams in project and portfolio management, IT risk/quality management and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Establishment and further development of the IT Shared Service area within the framework of the IT strategy: Technical requirements, required skills, information security requirements according to certified ISMS (ISO27001).
• Recording / coordination of requirements with the various stakeholders for the optimal design of the IT service portfolio.
• Evaluation of new methodologies and applications in the IT shared service sector, taking into account cost-effectiveness, quality and risks.
• Planning and implementation of ICT projects.
• Supervision of the person responsible for IT apprentice training.

• University degree in computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering, or related discipline
• Alternatively, basic technical training related to computer science or high school diploma and comparable professional experience in an IT environment.
• Many years of experience in the design of project and portfolio management in an IT environment.
• Extensive knowledge of IT risk / quality management and computer system validation (CSV).
• Several years of professional experience in project management, experience in an agile project environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
