Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this Deputy CFO will have overall responsibility corporate reporting (internal and external) as well as Shared Services, Tax, FP&A, ESG, Property, Fleet and Supply Chain.

• Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the CFO to operationalise the strategic plan
• People Leadership: Lead and Elevate finance to be proactive and trusted advisors through strength in people development
• Financial Stewardship: Directing the establishment of financial/accounting principles, internal controls, policies, procedures maintain a technical accounting centre of excellence
• ASX Reporting: Lead ASX financial reporting liaison with Corporate Affairs in relations to ASX lodgement
• Manage key external relationship: Co-ordinate the external and internal auditor, and relationship with insurers, key clients as well as relevant government departments
• Decision Support & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of Statutory Financial Reporting as well as monthly management and board reporting
• Business Systems: Optimise the use of Business Systems to create efficient work practices across the GL, Payroll systems and Billings

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced individual who brings proven depth in leading ASX level governance, controls and reporting in large enterprises. This Deputy CFO needs to be career minded and have a demonstrated profile that a board of an ASX organisation will be very comfortable with, including a Big 4 background. The right candidate needs to have a strong desire for future progression into a Group CFO position for an ASX listed business.
