  • Oversee HR Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage HR Information Systems: Oversee SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Supervise Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ensure timely and accurate processing.

  • Ensure Checks and Balances: Complement HR Business Partners’ activities with proper controls.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business units to understand and meet their specific needs.
  • Customer Orientation: Maintain a customer-oriented approach, ensuring satisfaction for both business units and employees.
  • Enhance Employee Experience (EX): Develop and implement strategies to improve the Employee Experience.
  • Lead Automation Initiatives: Drive initiatives to automate and digitize HR processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and implement best practices.
  • Minimum of 15 years of work experience in HR or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing shared services in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Regulatory Affairs, HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors), Payroll & Benefits, and Employee Affairs.
  • Strong passion for the Employee Experience (EX) and a commitment to automation and digitization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance control functions and customer satisfaction.
