Responsible for leading a team of project managers. The team will be responsible for defined business value delivered on time and on budget, and with stable operation. Responsible for project execution over numerous projects or complex programs. Ensures solutions meet business needs. Consults and collaborates with leadership, subject matter experts, and others as needed to drive successful end-to-end delivery.

• Develops, plans and manages development and implementation activities for highly complex programs for external and internal customers to ensure success of business objectives.
• Manage scope definition, stakeholder expectations, project plan, milestones and associated deliverables, project financials and business case oversight and subcontractor relationships and deliverables.
• Development and management of cross program delivery teams composed of cross-functional internal and external resources.
• Assesses project plans and progress, collect, consolidate, and review status reports as needed, as well as review status with project leaders on a continuous basis.
• Support end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue identification and change management on projects.
• Sets and controls standards and mentors project managers to improve delivery of projects on time and within budget, given scope and known risks.
• Continually identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement within projects as well as across Infrastructure Shared Services.
• Lead project management team in the support of Infrastructure Shared Services long-term goals of Availability, Manageability, Standardization, and Simplification; via projects, process management, and task assignments.

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years’ management experience
• Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry
• PMP certification preferred
• Master’s preferred
