- Develop and execute annual budget and business plans.
- Coordinate resources and training with transition teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality and governance standards.
- Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct financial reviews and take corrective actions.
- Lead career development and succession planning for the team.
- Handle complex escalations and drive performance improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- 12+ years of senior management experience, including P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in managing complex issues in a shared services environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or Project Management Certification.
- Six Sigma Training/Certification.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 14+ years of relevant experience.
- U.S. work authorization required.
