iCapital is looking for a talented Marketing Measurement and Analytics Manager, Vice President, to join our Digital Marketing team and help make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing efforts. This pivotal role within our Marketing and Communications Organization reports to the Center of Excellence lead, driving innovation in our shared services framework.

  • Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to define and measure success of marcom campaigns.
  • Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather and analyze data.
  • Leverage advanced and predictive analytic techniques to forecast trends and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data and Analytics team to ensure alignment and integration of insights.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience
  • B2B and enterprise marketing experience
  • Proven experience in marketing measurement and analytics
  • Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Experience working in small and large organizations
  • Capable of making critical decisions under pressure and prioritizing projects based on strategic business objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI preferred
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies preferred
