If you’re eager for your next challenge, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Shared Services, you’ll ensure timely collections, maximize cash flow, and minimize delinquencies, while providing best in class client service to our customers.

• Oversee all Imperial Dade’s AR functions including invoicing, cash application, collections, and credit risk activities
• Lead a team of managers and supervisors towards achieving AR targets, driving operational excellence and fostering an environment for talent development
• Define process standards, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all regions, set guidelines for process documentation, monitoring and control
• Implement best practices to optimize AR processes and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor AR KPIs and implement strategies to maximize performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
• 10+ years of AR experience, including managing collections and cash application
• Proven track record of improving collection rates and reducing outstanding receivables
• Strong accounting background and understanding of AR best practices
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Experience with S2K and High Radius is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate process objectives, drive alignment and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
