  • Implementing the people strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy and promotes engagement.
  • Drawing up and implementing the HR annual plan in line with the set budget.
  • Leading and managing key HR initiatives and projects.
  • Safeguarding the culture of Bechtle Netherlands.
  • You are a strong partner for the management team and responsible for developing the long-term HR strategy.
  • Improving the quality of HR services by setting up and expanding the HR Shared Service Center.
  • Guiding (possible) mergers and acquisitions within the Netherlands.
  • Providing insights, analyses and structural reporting.
  • Ensure coordination and smooth cooperation between the various entities and compliance with local legislation.
  • Lead and optimize HR transformations and daily operational processes and systems. Ensure a single way of working that aligns with the Bechtle strategy.
  • Representative from HR at various bodies such as the Works Council, Legal and Quality & Sustainability departments.
  • You are available for at least 32 hours and willing to travel, both within and outside the Netherlands.
  • You are a strong HR Director with extensive experience in senior management positions in the IT sector.
  • You have an academic working and thinking level and a strong affinity with the mission and vision of Bechtle AG and are used to working at C-level.
  • You have a good dose of energy, a positive attitude and a connecting personality with attention for colleagues and you can find a healthy balance in this with the business goals of the organization.
  • You have the right knowledge and expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic workforce planning, training and building learning organizations, as well as the ability to navigate complex environments, drive strategies, translate HR objectives into qualitative topics.
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage large and/or complex HR projects as well as deliver operational and HR services.
  • You have the ability to seek synergy and guide change processes in close collaboration with the entities and HR teams.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English is required.
