Global leadership position in our new Global HR Shared Service Center, coordinating & leading worldwide Payroll, HR Admin processes and teams.

  • Manage Global HR Operational activities for HR Admin and Payroll.
  • Coordinate regional leaders in addressing challenges and issues.
  • Design Global processes for HR Admin, Payroll and put in place governances to control those processes (KPIs, stakeholder meetings, change management)
  • Create a long-term roadmap for the process including technology and partner with HR IT to identify vendors, budget, implementation timelines.
  • Coordinate implementation of local and regional payroll vendor for green field locations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (HR, Finance/IT). Master’s degree preferred.

Experience and Skill Set:

  • 12 years overall experience
  • 5+ year’s experience in a similar position.
  • Experience leading Shared Service Center
  • Deep knowledge in up-to date HR digitalization trends and potentials
  • Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management.
  • Working knowledge of business strategy and/or strategic planning.
  • Solid analytical, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in English.
