Global leadership position in our new Global HR Shared Service Center, coordinating & leading worldwide Payroll, HR Admin processes and teams.
- Manage Global HR Operational activities for HR Admin and Payroll.
- Coordinate regional leaders in addressing challenges and issues.
- Design Global processes for HR Admin, Payroll and put in place governances to control those processes (KPIs, stakeholder meetings, change management)
- Create a long-term roadmap for the process including technology and partner with HR IT to identify vendors, budget, implementation timelines.
- Coordinate implementation of local and regional payroll vendor for green field locations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (HR, Finance/IT). Master’s degree preferred.
Experience and Skill Set:
- 12 years overall experience
- 5+ year’s experience in a similar position.
- Experience leading Shared Service Center
- Deep knowledge in up-to date HR digitalization trends and potentials
- Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of business strategy and/or strategic planning.
- Solid analytical, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in English.
