• Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals.
• Oversee the HR Shared Services team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage key HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR services and systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR services with business needs.
• Lead change management efforts related to HR processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team and business leaders.

• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within HR Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
