The IT Shared Services Leader will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT shared services for APME region. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in IT service delivery, demonstrating a strong track record of managing and optimizing shared services in a complex, multi-functional environment.
- Lead and manage the IT shared services team to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT shared services, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications to support shared services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in IT service management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity within the IT shared services team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT service delivery challenges and opportunities.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive accountability and performance.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on shared services.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large, diverse IT teams.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices.
- Certification in ISO 27001 preferable
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
