  • Management (Proficient): Assist in handling matters related to employee compensation and benefits, including salary calculation, social security and provident fund payment, individual tax declaration, etc., to ensure timely and accurate payment of compensation and benefits.
  • Policy consultation and answers: Provide internal employees with consultation and answers on human resources policies, systems and processes, and answer employees’ questions about salary and benefits, holiday management, performance appraisal, etc.
  • Employee relations management: Participate in the maintenance of employee relations, including handling employee complaints, mediating employee disputes, organizing employee activities, etc., to enhance employee sense of belonging and team cohesion.
  • Service process optimization: Based on business needs and service feedback, continuously optimize the human resource sharing service process, improve service efficiency and quality, and reduce operating costs.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Regularly collect and organize human resources service data, conduct preliminary analysis, and provide decision-making support for management; prepare relevant statements and reports to reflect service performance and problems.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Maintain close communication and cooperation with all departments of the company to ensure the effective connection between human resources policies and business needs, and promote comprehensive coverage and in-depth integration of human resources services.
  • Bachelor degree. More than 5 years of SSC working experience in labor-intensive industries.
  • Proficient in salary and benefits management, and possess professional knowledge and practical experience in other shared modules.
  • Be sensitive to data, rigorous, stress-resistant and resilient.
