Drive Global Strategies and implement processes across geographies with overall business objectives to ensure smooth and cost-effective business operations.
- Identify opportunities for outsourcing back-end operations from multiple entities in United States to a new Backoffice India.
- To start with Payroll and Compliances, Procurement, Production Planning, Accounts Payable, IT and Engineering Services.
- Map key processes with process compliance, internal controls and governance, service levels / TATs for each with sign-off from key stakeholders.
- Build a reliable, experienced team that will deliver consistent and superior performance
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Set up periodic reviews, identify challenges proactively and address with long-term, cost-effective solutions.
- Knowledge of US Compliance requirements is important
- Build people capability for managing Shared Services.
Qualification and Experience:
- Full time MBA with specialization in Operations / Finance / HR from a reputed institute.
- You should have 20+ years of experience in relative fields including minimum 5 years of experience in establishing and leading global shared services center.
Knowledge and skills:
- Deep understanding and experience in:
- Multiple domains (finance, HR, procurement, engineering, purchase, production, IT etc.)
- Ability to define & develop processes, manage workflows, administer and audit the process.
- Experience across geographies in setting up shared services model(s).
- Good understanding of core business operations
- Good communication skills to stakeholders at all levels.
