We are currently partnering with a leading organization in the Aviation industry that has been making significant expansion in the region. They are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solution-focused Head-Shared Services, based in Delhi, India.

• As the HR Shared Services Leader, you will develop and implement the strategic vision for the HR Shared Services function, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business strategies.
• You will oversee and manage payroll and compliance services, lead recruitment processes, and ensure adherence to turnaround times for various HR activities.
• Your role will involve maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all HRSS processes, developing, and maintaining up-to-date HRSS policies and procedures, and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs to implement corrective actions as needed.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing at all organizational levels.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Shared Services or Operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing payroll and recruitment functions across multiple entities.
• Proven leadership skills with a successful record of accomplishment of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
• ⁠Experience using SAP SuccessFactors for HR and talent management processes.
• Lead the HRSS team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service delivery aligns with compliance and payroll standards.
