Role: Partner – Global Shared Services- Audit & Taxation

Looking for a hardworking and ambitious candidate to fill in the role of of Partner – Global Shared Services who is looking for an entrepreneurial platform to build his career in this profession. Candidate should have experience of 10 to 15 years in the relevant field and should have worked in Big 4 only global delivery center or global shared service center of audit firms.

• Lead Global Shared Service practice
• Build client relationship and develop his team
• Involved in business development activities of the firm
• Have to take responsibility of the firm as entrepreneur like his own practice
• Have willingness to work with other partners of the firm

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant/CPA with extensive knowledge of audit of large corporates, listed companies based out of US and have played role in building off share practice of US Market
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in Big Four global delivery center or global shared service center of US audit firms based out of India

• Aspiration to build global shared practice of firm focusing US market,
• Exposure of audit of US based large corporates, listed companies including group audits under IFRS and US GAAP or Taxation
• Candidate should have experience of 10 to 15 years in the relevant field
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Should have effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills
