Due to expansion plans our client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to be part of the team.

• Possesses a comprehensive vision and direction for managing and leading a shared service center for APAC finance. Focuses on maximizing opportunities to synchronize and streamline decentralized country processes to achieve an optimal APAC shared services model.
• Strategically migrate synergized accounting activities into the KL BSC at an appropriate pace, elevating service levels from current operational/AP-related tasks to support JAPAC’s anticipated threefold growth over the next seven years.
• Demonstrates strong people management skills, ensuring talent retention and maintaining a healthy turnover rate.
• Ensure compliance with various regulations and policies,
• Establish and continuously improve KPIs, enhancing the performance tracking dashboard
• Problem solver with a strong ability to “zoom in and out” to manage complexity in a dynamic and diverse business environment across JAPAC countries.
• Perform ad hoc duties and manage special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferred
• Overall acumen of all accounting aspects, US GAAP knowledge is required
• Experience with SOX requirements is a required
• 8+ years in leadership of MNC shared service center and people management positions
• Language Proficiency in English required; either Japanese or Chinese is preferred
