- Lead digital reputation strategy, review and response programs across multiple geographic regions, facilities and medical groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners and vendors to execute reputation management initiatives.
- Analyze insights, trends, data and reports to create optimal customer experiences and identify opportunities for strengthening online presence.
- Develop and deliver presentations to effectively communicate strategies and priorities to diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications For This Position Include
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or another related field of study
- 5+ Years of experience managing and leading broad-based and successful communication programs
- Demonstrated experience managing communication programs and business relationships
- Demonstrated experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams
- Demonstrated writing and editing experience
- Demonstrated health care experience
Preferred Qualifications For This Position Include
- Master’s Degree
- Communication experience in healthcare
- Experience in a faith-based organization
