This role will see you join the leadership team at the heart of the finance team within a well-established, successful and continually ambitious organisation.

You will utilise past successes within SSC environments to drive improvements to processes and systems, ensuring the finance function running in a slick and efficient manner. You’ll be responsibile for maintaining a high level of output, working in partnership with other departments to ensure the businesses growth plans are being met. You’ll provide a people-focused approach, business partnering with senior stakeholders and seeking to coach and develop your team to provide them with the necessary tools to develop both professionally and personally.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with several years’ PQE.
• Confident driving change and transformation within finance.
• Varied financial knowledge across reporting, financial control, analysis, AP, AR, fixed assets.
• Strong system skills, SAP being desirable.
• Previous success of managing and developing large teams in a SSC environment.
• FMCG experiencer would be advantageous.
