To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: Immediately as VP Shared Service Center (m/f/d).
- Management and further development of the Shared Service Center
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality services for all business areas
- Implementation and optimization of processes and workflows in the shared service center
- Development and monitoring of KPIs to measure service quality and efficiency
- Support with the initial design and scope of services for the Shared Service Center
- Managing the effective transition of processes
- Promoting cooperation between different departments and locations
- Responsibility for compliance with legal and internal guidelines
- Budgeting and resource planning for the Shared Service Center
- Reporting to top management and regular communication of results
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a related field
- Several years of experience in a management position in a shared service center, ideally in the hotel industry or a related sector
- Strong skills in process management, change management and process optimization
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking to complete tasks
- Fluent German and English
