The Director of HR & Corporate Services will participate actively in the development of The Group’s Strategic Plans, goals, objectives and budgets with specific focus in the Human Resources and Corporate Services area.

Direct the Human Resources activities for Al Rugaib Holding Company and its subsidiaries with respect to HR Planning & Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession Planning and Personnel Administration. This includes managing the following areas:

  • The manpower planning.
  • Development of the compensation and benefits related activities.
  • Training & development programs.
  • The handling of employee’s grievances.
  • The performance management.
  • Personnel administration activities.

Manage The Development Of The Human Resources Policies, Procedures And Guidelines And Monitor The Consistency, Effectiveness And The Rollout Across Al Rugaib Holding Company And Its Subsidiaries For

  • Career development
  • Performance measurement
  • Training and development
  • Personnel administration

Direct the Government relations activities at Al Rugaib Holding Company and its subsidiaries with respect to:

  • Providing government related services to employees such as (Visas, work permits, residential permits (Iqama), exit and re-entry Visas).
  • Handle any government related issues and attempt to resolve them properly.
  • Perform renewal of the company registration license pertaining to Al Rugaib Holding Company and its subsidiaries with government agencies as required.

Managerial

  • Provide advice, guidance, development, motivation and direction to personnel.
  • Communicate and discuss with Sections Managers, the section’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
  • Recommend authority and process matrix to appropriate subordinates.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisal to review employees work performance and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance.
  • Carry out disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Monitor the adherence of section employees to Al Rugaib Holding Company’s guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Master’s Degree is preferred) with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of related experience.
  • Executive-level shared services (incl. HR and Administrations) experience is required (10+ years).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate organization-wide initiatives.
  • Ability to select, develop, manage and motivate personnel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty.
  • Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
