We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Regional HR to lead our HR function across various macroregions. This role requires a deep understanding of regional HR practices and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires extensive business travel and involves working with change management, engagement and culture implementation, and strategic initiatives across inDrive locations.
- Lead a team of regional HR managers for each macroregion (46 countries across the globe)
- Oversee the efficient operation of the regional HR shared services center, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop a clear organizational structure and communication channels for your team of regional HR managers. Ensure each manager understands their specific macroregion’s needs and priorities.
- Develop a standardized approach for communicating HR practices and company policies across all regions.
- Develop and promote employee engagement programs that resonate across diverse regions, taking into account cultural differences and local preferences.
- Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise (CnB, HR BP, Analytics, T&D, Recruitment) to ensure alignment of HR strategies with regional needs.
- Collaborate on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that address both regional and global objectives
- Provide expert guidance to regional HR managers on handling complex issues, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a global HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing HR across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multicultural teams remotely
- Willingness to travel extensively.
