This is an exceptional opportunity for an experience Finance/ People Manager – Shared Services to lead talented and stable teams. You will manage a team of 9 professionals—5 in Payroll and 4 in AP/P2P.

• Leading and developing a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing payroll/HR reporting processes and driving efficiencies in these areas.
• Managing exception reporting and contributing to month-end journal associated with payroll
• Collaborating with stakeholders to implement systems enhancements and drive innovation within the finance function.
• Ad hoc duties at directed by the Head of Shared Services

You will be a proven leader with experience in managing and developing transnational teams within complex environments. Bringing strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and systems (COUPA highly desirable), you will be a driver of efficiencies and innovation. Your ability to influence stakeholder and engage with key business partners will lead to success. A solid background in payroll processes is essential, as you will be reviewing the payroll team and offering direction as and when needed.
