Due to an internal move we are currently excited to go to market to find an outstanding Head of People Strategy & Services to join the Officeworks People team. Reporting to the General Manager , People, this role will lead a team of skilled professionals (Reward, Payroll, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations) to develop, manage and deliver strategic and operational programs that attract, retain and motivate team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the People Services function including an accurate payroll and employment management services
- Set strategic direction for remuneration and benefits programs and policies, to ensure that Officeworks is competitive and attracts, motivates and retains talent
- Oversee the development of strategies and initiatives that mitigate risk relating to the employment lifecycle including industrial relations and strategic workforce management
- Improve the team member experience through transformational change and service delivery
- Oversee the delivery of People advisory services to line managers to help coach and provide capability uplift
- Lead the development and innovation of People tools and technology that enable a seamless employee experience
- Lead the development of analytical people insights, highlight trends and coach around actionable interventions and initiatives
- Provide thought leadership in the future proofing of Officeworks ways of working and other areas of subject matter expertise
- Lead Talent Acquisition professionals to ensure quality hires, efficiency and a focus on skills for the future
