- Responsible for the system construction and standardization of HR SSC shared services, including the establishment of system policies and processes, entry, transfer, attendance and salary management, basic personnel services and file management, human resources system management and employee consulting service management;
- Formulate and implement SSC-related policies and implementation measures, and continuously improve the relevant system;
- Establish unified service processes, SOPs, knowledge base construction and iteration, regularly adjust and optimize the processes to ensure efficient and normal operation of the processes;
- Responsible for the overall management of HR SSC operations, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and continuously improving service levels.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, psychology, law, etc.;
- More than 8 years of experience in human resources and more than 5 years of SSC work experience in large companies;
- Familiar with the various work processes of human resources SSC, and have experience in standardized and standardized process control;
- Have rich experience in social welfare insurance management, be familiar with national labor and personnel policies and regulations, be familiar with social insurance, housing provident fund and other policies, know how to avoid risks, and be good at handling labor relations;
- Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in SSC construction, project management, SSC business operation management or HRIS construction projects.
