We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Senior Program Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC.

Reporting directly to the Greenville Site Integration Director, you will lead the Backshop Operations team and oversee all powered and non-powered equipment, vehicles, shared service labs, and special processes at the Greenville site. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing associated buildings, and overseeing budgets to support these critical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Backshop Operations team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency across all equipment, vehicles, and labs. – Oversee the various buildings and organizations that support these functions, ensuring budgetary alignment and operational excellence. – Lead the F-16 Block 70 spares program and act as the key integrator for the various shops, ensuring seamless support across operations. – Take on additional responsibilities as required, contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of the Greenville site.

• Aviation Manufacturing Experience Leadership experience in an Operations environment Project Management experience Experience managing cost and schedule
