As a Project Manager, your primary function will be leading the development of Strategic Initiatives as part of the Enterprise Transformation Program. You will be responsible for developing and managing project activities for the Enterprise End to End planning. Your role will involve conducting effective project team meetings, preparing review materials for key project meetings, organizing and facilitating project meetings with sponsors, stakeholders and project leads. You will also work closely with the global & regional team to develop detailed training and deployment plans.

• Develop and manage project activities for the Enterprise End to End planning
• Conduct effective project team meetings with clear decisions and next steps leveraging WHO/WHAT/WHEN framework
• Prepare review materials for key project/steerco meetings to drive clarity on status and key actions / help needed
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with sponsors, stakeholders and project leads
• Work with the global & regional team to develop the detail training and deployment plan for the region (across markets & brands)
• Work with Change Management and Learning & Development Training lead to develop the detail training & change management plan across teams for the region

• Relevant degree from an accredited university.
• 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational, fast-paced business environment.
• High proficiency in project management – managed complex project with diverse stakeholders and dispersed teams across global, region and affiliate
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications i.e. MS Outlook, MS Office Suites (intermediate-expert level), Project Management toolset
• Ability to think out of box for ideas.
• Detailed, meticulous, organized and ensures a high standard of output.
• Resourceful and demonstrated problem solving skills
• An independent self-starter who is results-oriented
