This role partners with various HR functions in a solution-oriented manner in support of HR and payroll operations transition. Serves as a liaison between cross-functional HR teams and HR Shared Services. Conducts analysis, drives process improvement and execution, and manages a complex HR project plan, dependencies, timely communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
- Manages the portfolio of transition projects to HR Shared Services, and people transition.
- Develops, analyzes, and makes recommendations for project plans and processes, which are realistic and take into account a broad variety of local and/or global challenges.
- Works with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT to deliver define project outcomes, timelines, deliverables, compliance, and quality assessments.
- Assesses the cumulative impact of project on the operating environment of the location undergoing transition.
- Partners with HRBPs, HR COEs, and other business groups (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, etc.) with respect to all transition activities to HRSS
- Serves as an advisor to management on a wide variety of people related impacts (organizational, behavioral, compliance and legal, etc.)
- Applies HR expertise as thought partner to internal teams. May challenge existing policies to enhance the overall effectiveness of transition to HRSS
- Understands and independently works across matrixed organization structure and global teams to best attain objectives and results.
- Works with local HR teams to ensure any consultative and legislative implications of change projects are considered.
- Conducts meetings and ensure lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement.
- Serves as a point of contact for questions and concerns related to transition to HRSS.
- Experience working with confidentiality requirements associated with Human Resources function.
- Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Sound experience of international / global HR project management
- Self-motivation and initiative to achieve business results.
- Developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
- Experience working with attention to detail to ensure data compliance and accuracy.
