The Global HR Shared Services Senior Manager will oversee and manage the delivery of HR services across multiple regions, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of HR processes and programs. This role will be responsible for leading a team, optimizing HR service delivery, and collaborating with global HR and business leaders to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the HR shared services function to align with global HR strategy and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of HR shared services professionals.
- Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Oversee the delivery of HR services including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS support, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR services are provided efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with global policies and local regulations.
- Extensive knowledge about India employment rules and regulations
- Ability to support India benefit and compliance filling i.e. PF Fund, etc…
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of best practices.
- Streamline HR processes to enhance service delivery and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand and address their service needs.
- Ensure systems are effectively supporting HR processes and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Specially in India
- Address and resolve complex employee issues and escalations as needed.
- Build strong relationships with global HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
- Ability to engage with external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Act as a point of contact for HR service-related queries and issues.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems to track HR service performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role overseeing HR shared services or operations.
- Proven experience in managing global HR functions and teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
