Designation: Head – Shared Services Marketing

Experience: 18 years to 20 years of relevant experience in an IT Services Company or similar

Location: Bangalore.

Work Mode: 3 office 2 days WFH.

Salary: 40+lacs (Fixed + Variable)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.

  • Brand: Ownership of our Client Brand, Campaigns, templates, and anything that is market and client-facing. These include brand awareness and recall Scores
  • Facility Branding: Working on award submissions and identifying awards to participate in. Also responsible for Employee Branding to be alignment with the corporate brand
  • GTM Campaigns: Creation of plans for Offerings and focus verticals across all Lines of Business. These include collateral creation, website content, digital and social media campaigns, and Lead gen support.
  • ABM and NCA Marketing Support: Work with the ABM Leads for the regions on Strategic Accounts, New Business Pitch support, and custom events
  • Digital and social media: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Digital and Social Media Marketing by focusing on promoting Thought Leadership and Brand Awareness through various channels. Manage the relationship with the agency and the team.
  • SEO: Drive SEO strategy and monitor SEO performance and metric. Manage relationships with the Agency and the team.
  • Website and Mar Tech: Manage the Corporate, Subsidiary, and Career website and the web design team, ensure updates and the web experience are consistent, good, and on time team. Track Leads and conversions. Website Analytics and dashboard. Understanding of Mar Tech and the tools that are used. Implementing campaigns and tracking results. Ownership of the Budget and Client Visits App.
  • Content: Manage the Content Calendar with regular refreshes and new content from the Offerings and other focus verticals, and work with the SMEs on focus areas to drive leads / build awareness. Ensure new assets are added frequently. Provide support on content development for events. Create constant engagements on social media for Mphasis and the subsidiaries.
  • Customer Experience, Client Visits, and Corporate Events: Client Experience for existing and prospective clients’ visits to India or global offices, ensure consistency and exceptional experiences and. From conceptualization to end-to-end management. Industry events that are part of the GTM, work with the regional/field marketing team in the US and UK on requirements to support the events. Corporate Events which include Sales Meets, Client events, Sports Hospitality, Analyst and Advisor Day, to name a few.
  • Subsidiary and Partner Marketing: Responsible for GTM strategy and plan for the subsidiaries owned by the company. Liaison with the business and sales leaders to ensure integration with the corporate messaging and cross-selling with the Strategic and NCA teams. Work with the channel partner leads on joint go-to-market plans and implementing them. Promotion within the company and externally as well.
  • Marketing Operations: Managing and Tracking the Marketing Budget, from projections to spend. Leading the team that handles all the functions mentioned above. Ensure processes and followed and Audit requirements are monitored. Vendor management (creative, digital, event, and other third-party vendors like Video creation, translation, printing and fabrication, and photographers) that the marketing team works with).
  • Working with the procurement team for all services required by marketing Video creation: Creation of videos, Corporate, solutions, testimonials, demos, etc. Create templates for collaterals. Manage the graphics and content team. Managing a repository of all marketing assets. Creating Dashboards and ROI across the various functions
  • Analyst relations: Owning the relationship with Analyst firms, managing the contracts, and keeping track of the usage. Building a calendar for Briefings and inquiries. Monitoring the mentions and opportunities for recognition and promotion.
