- As a Finance & Performance Manager at Deloitte, you will take on a leadership role in the team that executes Technology and Transformation projects with the client, managing the work team, the activities, the quality of the project deliverables, and the relationship with the client’s counterparties.
- You will be responsible for coordinating a team seeking the continuous development of its capabilities and skills.
- You will be a key player in the definition of deliverables, project approach, and solution methodology. Y
- You will work directly with the most important organizations in the country, helping them achieve their business objectives, and you will lead in the presentation of results to the client.
- You will collaborate in the integration of professional services proposals and define the strategy for the collection of relevant information for the projects.
- You will also coordinate the analysis of information, identifying problems and their causes, proposing innovative solutions for their resolution.
- You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment with people from different cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge.
- Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Public Accounting or similar.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Technology and Business Transformation, Project Management, Business Transformation, Information Analysis, Technology Implementation, Business Transformation, GBS (Global Business Services) or Shared Services Centers, Best Administrative Practices, Accounting and Finance, Financial Planning, Business Case Development, experience in insurance companies, knowledge in Artificial Intelligence
- A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the PMI (Project Management Institute) is desirable.
- Advanced English.
