he Global Process Coordination Controlling team is responsible for the harmonization and further development of business processes in the Controlling area. In this role, the team forms a central interface between various controlling functions, the IT department and other specialist departments. Corporate projects in the finance department form an important part of the range of tasks. Ensuring the global transfer of knowledge and conducting training courses for controlling-related business processes are further aspects of the work. In addition, there is operational involvement in financial statements and calculations as part of the shared service concept.
- Advising group companies on the mapping of controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA and on controlling closings
- Participation in internationally oriented CO projects (e.g. introduction of SAP S/4HANA)
- Implementation of independent controlling activities within the framework of the Shared Service Center for domestic and foreign companies (e.g. inventory valuation, divisional profit and loss accounts and further analyses)
- Further development of the CO-IT system landscape
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes and adaptation to changes
- Conception and introduction of new processes in controlling
- The focus of the position can be on production or sales-related processes
Profile
- Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in business informatics / business administration or comparable qualification
- Preferably already have professional experience in the described field of responsibility, entry into similar previous positions in the sales or production area is possible
- SAP knowledge is preferred, especially in the CO module; knowledge of the adjacent modules is also helpful (especially FI, MM, PS; possibly PP, SD)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, preferably Spanish as an additional foreign language
