We have grown our business, we have grown our team, and now we are looking for a Head of Product Platform to join us on this once-in-a-lifetime journey to lead our efforts in the product platform.

You will build and provide shared services to other teams. Platformization is at your heart, and you have a strong sense of enablement to accelerate the development of other engineers.

You will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters innovation, inclusivity, and growth.

• Develop long-term, yearly strategies and plans affecting multiple engineering teams or a whole function
• Influence senior leadership effectively using data, narratives, and business judgment
• Lead multiple customer-facing product platform engineering teams
• Build out Parloa’s Product Platform
• Provide technical guidance to the engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence
• Ensure a high level of technical quality and impact

• A minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role, managing at least three teams or a crucial departmental function
• A track record of setting strategic direction, designing organizational structures for scale, hiring as well as identifying and growing strong technical leaders
• Understanding of infrastructure, architecture, technologies, product, business and organizational models to discern trade-offs during decision-making
• Experience in designing product platforms and shared services (e.g. authN/Z)
• Ability to dive deep into technical topics and solve problems with senior engineers, engineering managers, product managers, and senior stakeholders
• Understanding of product methodologies and a passion for building delightful, developer-friendly, and scalable platform products
