Our client is a manufacturing company that opened its SSC in Krakow.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic vision for HR Operations & Payroll in the EMEA, aligning your team’s goals with the broader global HR strategy. You will ensure that regional initiatives support our global objectives, contributing to the overall success of our HR function.
- Lead and Transform: Take charge of the European HR Operations & Payroll, guiding your team through both ongoing transformation and business-as-usual activities. You will standardize and optimize processes across tools and technologies, ensuring that our services are both efficient and effective.
- Global Collaboration: As a member of the global HR team, you will implement worldwide initiatives and projects on a regional level, working closely with global counterparts to ensure consistency and excellence across all HR operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the European face of our Global HR Services, fostering strong relationships with HR Business Partners, key customers and Krakow site leadership team. You will proactively understand service needs and business expectations, ensuring your team meets these with a positive and forward-thinking approach.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives, from process standardization to technology optimization. You will inspire confidence in our services and engage stakeholders at all levels, driving a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee HR service delivery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SOX. You will also track and report on performance, using KPIs and SLAs to ensure we meet and exceed expectations.
- Proven Leader: A strong leader with experience in HR service delivery and payroll management at the regional level. You have successfully led teams through transformation and have a track record of optimizing processes and implementing change.
- SSC Environment Experience: Extensive experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment is essential. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities within an SSC and have demonstrated success in leading HR operations in this setting.
- Global Mindset: Experience in a multinational environment, with a collaborative approach to working with global teams. You are comfortable leading both regional and global projects, and you bring a broad understanding of European employment law and payroll models.
- Change Agent: You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for driving change. You are experienced in managing transitions, implementing new processes, and fostering a service-minded culture.
- Collaborative & Engaging: A natural communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and inspire confidence in HR services. You are transparent, open-minded, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HR systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow. You are adept at leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and drive efficiency.
