We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Finance Manager to join our Lubbock Service Area – Finance Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations through active involvement in month-end financial close processes, comprehensive variance analysis, detailed profitability reporting, and involvement in capital process.

• Work Week: Monday – Friday
• Work Shift: Day

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or another closely related field of study
• 8+ years of closely related finance experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or another related business field of study
• Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certifications
