Partners and collaborates with executive leaders, line management and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to talent, organization, compensation, and workforce planning. This role supports the COO organization within Enterprise Shared Services, supporting 3,300 employees across 56 countries.

  • Partners and collaborates with global leader and leadership teams to develop and deliver HR solutions that proactively support business strategy, results and employee engagement.
  • Provides expert guidance & advice to stakeholders on complex HR issues, based on best practice employed across multiple counties.
  • Collaborates with Country HR Partners/COEs, providing functional direction and drives execution of agreed upon actions and HR programs (such as compensation, performance management, talent review, and workforce diversity)
  • Serves on the client group’s leadership team, partnering on projects and other key initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Drives a robust operating system across the global HR operating model to deliver proactive HR support to all stakeholders, in line with business objectives.
  • This position can be based in any country in Europe or Americas
  • A proven HR business partner with experience supporting executive leaders: balances vision, drive for results, a learning orientation and employee outcomes across complex teams.
  • Broad HR background including compensation, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • A proven track record of success supporting global teams, ideally having worked in a technology environment.
  • Builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner. Influences executive teams to leverage HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze and represent information and strategy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to balance strategic with tactical, hands-on work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated.
