We are looking for you as the head of the Shared Service Center Organization (m/f/d) for a permanent full-time position in the state-owned company Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management (SIB), Headquarters.

• Planning and responsibility for the results of an efficient use of the personnel and material resources of the SSC organisation
• Ensuring internal service operations at the headquarters location (e.g. room management, mail office, travel office, registry, janitorial service)
• Ensuring the employer’s obligations in occupational health and safety Cross-site regulations for service operations and the organization of the state-owned company (e.g. vehicle fleet concept, tasks of the user according to Section B of the Saxony Construction Directive, electronic waste documentation procedure (eANV))

• a completed university degree (Master or diploma) in the field of business administration, economics, law, digital administration or
• Career qualification for the second entry level of career group 2 (formerly higher service) for the field of general administration or public finance administration
• Leadership experience and competence
• Preferably several years of professional experience related to the field of responsibility, ideally in the context of public administration

Expected in addition

• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Knowledge of project and process management
• Confident demeanor and an independent, flexible and result-oriented way of working
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, initiative and strong communication skills
• Class B driving license and willingness to drive a company vehicle
