We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Strategic Leader and interface to our Business Services Unit, you have the opportunity to drive the Digital Transformation of for the Company’s global service organization in close collaboration with the MBS Leadership Team. As an IT Expert, you will work within a matrix organizational structure and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple MBS Functions and IT departments. This role requires the ability to work on various initiatives that involve coordination with diverse stakeholders and the integration of IT solutions across different functional areas.

• While overseeing the strategic programs for the shared service teams of Finance, Procurement and Employee Services, you will also focus on enabling the next level of Innovation & Data and Enterprise Services by leveraging specific solutions such as AI and Machine Learning as well as Virtual Agent Workplace or RPA. You will also connect MBS in your role as Strategic Leader.
• You will work with a team of Business Partners, Project Managers, Business Architects, Analysts & Solution Experts representing IT as the trusted technology partner for MBS. You help to deliver on the strategic objectives and scalability for MBS – enabled by technology & data.
• Together with our team, you identify, screen and evaluate new IT solution opportunities pioneering for MBS. You are responsible to set the course for the future, designing roadmap with technology foresight and keeping cost under control.

• 10+ years in Strategy, Information Technology and Project Management
• Ideally rich experience in IT Business Partnering
• Strong technology background (Automation, Process Mining, AI & Machine Learning)
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar required, prefer master’s in related field
• Business acumen in either Finance, Procurement, HR and/or Shared Services is a must
• Ability to understand business practices and having sound judgement and experience to resolve complex issues and challenges
• Team player able to build effective relationship and interact cross-functionally and lead in a matrix set up
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

• Good communicator
• Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus
