Shape, setup and manage the HR Shared Services & operations model in Asia for the world’s leading water and housing technology brands Based out of Gurgaon, India, this role will directly report into the SBP for Human Resources, Asia and Africa.
- Design, set-up and implement functionally aligned service delivery model in HR to drive process excellence through technology interventions, simplification, consolidation, standardization and people analytics to support the overall organization’s talent transformation objectives
- Partner and collaborate with HR leaders across countries and COEs for process simplification and execution
- Align the available HR resources under the Global HR Operating Model, focusing on evolving customer centric experience and end-to-end process design
- Build and develop high performing HRSS team with service level KPI’s.
- Maximizing use of reporting and analytics to diagnose challenges and track performance
- Drive continuous improvement and change management to help employees adapt to simplified processes
- Ensure HR processes comply with legal requirements and manage HR related risks in every market within Asia.
- Conduct periodic organizational and HR reviews to ascertain process health and areas of improvement
Required
- Minimum HR or HR Services experience of 10-12 years
- Experience in implementation and managing of HRSS across Asia for at least 2 cycles
- Demonstrated ability to work with global HR teams and drive changes with a customer centric approach
- Strong Process mindset and knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Capable of planning and managing projects with attention to achieving timely, cost-effective outcomes
- Strong Project management and change management skills to handle complex projects.
- Willingness to travel for up to 20-30% of your time
- Naturally, you stay up to date with all the latest developments in your field. But it is really your deep understanding of internal HR processes across regions, identifying challenges and areas of opportunities with your inherent curiosity and ability to communicate clearly at any level of seniority or technical proficiency that sets you apart.
Preferred
- University degree in HR or Engineering, master’s degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma is a plus
- Good to have PMP certification.
