Our client is a renowned player within the manufacturing industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Senior RTR Manager to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and career development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance process, including general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close activities, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification as a CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the Record to Report (RTR) process within a multinational company or large organization. Experience in a shared services environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
