  • Support the development and implementation of the unit’s strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans.
  • Review service requests to determine their nature and scope, identifying unique requirements and implications.
  • Prioritise service requests based on urgency and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Manage the delivery of service engagements, monitoring progress and compliance with timelines and objectives.
  • Support the review of services and maintain the taxonomy framework.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management, service delivery, or related areas.
  • Extensive experience in service delivery within complex organisational settings such as a large holding group, or a shared services function.
  • Proven experience in service planning, qualification, and delivery oversight in a complex organisation.
  • Experience in project management and coordination, with a track record of successful service delivery.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills for effective service qualification and prioritisation.
  • Expertise in project management and service delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
