We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Head of India Data & Analytics to join our BNY team. This role is in Chennai –HYBRID.

- Expert knowledge of financial services industry and client segment, including business models, players, new entrants, significant trends, and outlook
- Demonstrate excellent judgement and a fact-based approach to evaluation and decision making
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbally and in writing); able to articulate complex information in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Consummate professional; able to navigate a matrixed organization
- Support Regional BNY Mellon D&A clients by strategizing, overseeing, and directing all short- and long-term tasks and initiatives across diverse teams including sales, marketing, implementation, support, and operations.
- Spearhead and champion the buildout of India as a “vertical” pillar in our D&A strategy
- Responsible for all facets of people and operations management in the shared service center (SSC) environment, including partner management, IT support and other service lines.
- Successfully leads specialists in diverse areas – both the individual contributors and other people managers.
- Deliver superior results in the Global Talent management and development project that spanned six business lines and 12 global locations.
- Partner closely with key stake holders, and company senior management to evaluate and report on India growth strategy.
- Function as the India Risk Champion, the India Innovation Champion
- Partners with other business development leaders across the firm.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years in Sales/Relationship Management, Client Service, or Account Management in Financial Services/Technology/FinTech
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Possess established relationships within/across industry and with clients at c-suite level
