The Manager GBS Digital is part of the GBS Process Innovation & Excellence team (PI&E) team and is responsible for implementation and adoption of new technologies.

This role is a key link between our GBS operations and our ICT departments. Your focus is not only on systems and solutions, but also on driving our program to build new capabilities.

In this role you will be working closely together with different stakeholders within and outside FrieslandCampina. After alignment on business needs, you will apply market best-practices to co-create the GBS technology strategy.

You are leading programs and projects on implementing new technology and on optimization of our the use of our current technology stack. All of these activities will be based on the work in global and cross functional teams.

Next to this you will lead our “Digital Capability Program”, a program to grow our talents with new capabilities to accelerate our digital transformation.

• You’ll drive the development and execution of GBS digital strategic priorities by translating objectives into digital solutions;
• You’ll onboard and deploy new technologies, systems, tools in the GBS organization;
• You’ll be responsible for advice, implementation and execution of Internal Control Framework and Segregation of Duties;
• You’ll drive alignment with global process priorities, and lead the roll-out of priority projects in the GBS organization;
• You’ll build business case, defines scope and activities of projects & programs, leads decision making on execution and manages uncertainties and expectations of varied group of stakeholders;
• You’ll monitor progress on the technology project portfolio and manage escalations as required to safeguard delivery of key objectives.

• Bachelor or master degree in relevant area, e.g. finance or ICT
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Advanced experience with project management, e.g. system implementation
• Strong change- & stakeholder management skills
• Experience in working in a global organization
