Align the application of information technologies with the business strategy and ensure the optimal, continuous and secure operation of the systems and infrastructure that support business functions.

• Achieve stabilization and maximum utilization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Ensure adequate functional and technical support for the use of business applications.
• Lead internal projects or developments, coordinating them with the application development team (internal or with external providers) to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure proper functioning of integrations between Oracle Cloud Fusion and the company’s legacy systems, availability of local agents, administration and performance of databases.
• Manage relationships with information technology providers.
• Coordinate and supervise technical infrastructure resources to ensure proper functioning of computing equipment, networks and telecommunications
• Define and implement cybersecurity and continuity strategies of the business.
• Define and update technology policies and procedures.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to IT services.
• Implementation and supervision of projects related to information technologies.
• Support in the definition of responsibilities, functions and organizational structure of the information technology department.

• +10 years of experience in IT.
• + 5 years in management or direction level.
• At least 2 years as IT Director.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for medium to large businesses, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, and/or support of the solution.
• Proven experience leading digital business transformation, implementing modern technologies in Cloud, Business Intelligence, software development, corporate shared services models, and process automation.
