Responsible for coordination, management and oversight of the global Account management team and the delivery of the client contractual for the clients of Cushman & Wakefield.
- Specific responsibility for the set-up, management and coordination of a new team performing data and financial management activities for the Americas region
- Manage an intensive tactical level collaboration with the Data and Finance groups as well as the in-country based Account Teams of Americas, EMEA and Global clients in order to deliver the contracted data management services and maximize the revenue
- Serve as an escalation point for all matters relating to a client within the assigned team
- Host weekly meetings with direct reports to help resolve client issues and challenges
- Provide a forum for managers to discuss concerns, clients, associates and highlights within the region
- Participate in regional governance calls and implement process changes
- Optimize the productive resources needed for the service delivery and define opportunities for operation efficiencies within the team and cross functional collaboration
- Support regional leadership with financial management activities
- Assist with oversight in client projects and provide integration support for client mobilisations
- Maintain and develop their direct reports‘ competence, motivation and engagement level
- Actively manage account talents by providing talent reviews, performance reviews and succession planning for all staff within the assigned region. May include 9 block ratings with the management team highlighting rising stars, low performing associates, and subject matter experts.
- BSC/MSC degree required
- 7 years data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is required
- 5 years people management experience required preferably in shared services environment
- 4 years service coordination experience
- 3 years process transitioning experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Client technology platform SME
- Able to recruit team, role and subgrade best fit team members

- Ability to manage operational risk and deploy appropriate risk mitigation strategies
