We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Regional HR. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate within our organization, enhancing operational excellence and employee experience on a global scale. As the Head of Global HR Operations, you will be in charge of shaping the future of HR operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Head of Global HR Operations will play a critical role in shaping and leading our HR Shared Services Center, centralizing our HR capabilities to deliver consistent, efficient, and world-class services across the organization.
- Lead the development and operationalization of a global HR Shared Services Center, consolidating HR processes, improving service delivery, and creating a unified approach to HR management across all regions
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the global HR operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external HR service providers, such as payroll vendors, local benefits administrators, and local HR technology vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international employment laws and regulations across all HR operations, working in cooperation with the Employment law team.
- Manage global mobility programs, ensuring effective and compliant relocation, expatriate, and immigration services.
- Collaborate with HR centers of expertise (CnB, HR BP, Analytics, T&D, Recruitment) to develop and implement HR strategies and practices
- Be an active part of the HR management team
- Develop and manage the HR operations budget, ensuring cost control and optimization of resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a global HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing HR across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multicultural teams remotely
- Willingness to travel extensively.
