Our client is a Hospitality brand; they now seek a creative individual to become part of the senior leadership team. This position is responsible for devising strategies and overseeing operational efficiency for shared services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on leadership skills, a modest approach, and possess the necessary experience to be both strategic and supportive of day-to-day operations.
- Overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions with a highly visible and involved approach.
- You will ensure that all Hotels meet customer and employee experience targets, grows revenue, maximises financial performance and manages assets.
- Leading, motivating, and facilitating teams to commit to and achieve results through ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement market segment strategies that address hotel needs during peak periods and low seasons.
- Managing senior stakeholders and establishing multiple relationships to influence at all levels.
- Someone with a background managing multiple properties,
- High fluency in English, with second Asian Language, hospitality background/F&B
- Strong focus on its team and sustainability
- 10-15 years of experience in a Hospitality Management role, 5+ years of experience in an executive leadership position.
- Prior experience as a Regional Manager, overseeing operations of multiple properties is required.
- Excellent communication high level of English is required, added Asian language is a benefit.
- Able to multitask, problem solve and provide direction/leadership to foster high performance teams that are solution focused.
- Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or similar discipline is required. Those with a MBA/Masters will have a definite advantage.
- Competent at working with all levels of stakeholders and actively engaging.
- MUST come from a 5 star hotel background.
