Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Finance Operations Lead to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

Operations and Financial Management

• Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve business results and service levels, while managing the departmental budget and ensuring operations stay within financial commitments. Oversee finance and accounting operations, addressing issues and implementing solutions.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

• Regularly engage with client executives to update them on operational status, resolve issues, and propose improvement initiatives. Manage transitions and changes, ensuring smooth implementation of new scopes or changes in collaboration with clients.

People and Performance Development

• Lead and inspire a team of over 300 employees, focusing on building a high-performing and engaged workforce. Drive continuous improvement, transformation, and operational excellence in finance and accounting services, with an emphasis on risk, compliance, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in finance operations (AP, AR, GL) with a proven track record of managing teams of at least 150-200 finance / accounting employees.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required to effectively serve the China market and engage with stakeholders.
• Experience in the Shared Services industry
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles (AP, AR, GL)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage complex projects.
• Must be available to work 5 days a week in the office.
