Responsible for providing efficient, scalable transactional services in order to capitalize on economies of scale.

• Develop and deploy strategy for shared service environment including analysis of customer extension and in-source/co-source strategy.
• Manage payroll function for entire Troon Golf population including domestic and foreign employees. Identify process opportunities to simplify and standardize using relevant available technologies.
• Manage global Accounts Payable process for Shared Service customers. Support system migration to new financial system environment, including process redesign where appropriate.
• Develop, deploy and manage service level agreements with relevant customer quality metrics.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, 8-10 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior management/supervisory experience required (3-5 years). Experience in Payroll Management required. Oracle knowledge a plus.
