As Head of Finance & Controlling, you report directly to the Head of Shared Services (member of the Management Board). You are responsible for operations and the further development of the Finance and Controlling department.

• In this exciting and varied role, you will lead a team of 5 and manage your area of ​​responsibility administratively, professionally and in terms of personnel.
• You are responsible for financial and operational accounting and continuously develop the financial management tools (e.g. through PowerBI).
• Together with your team, you prepare and monitor the financial statements in accordance with OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
• You plan, organize and manage the periodic financial processes (budget, forecast, multi-year planning and reporting ).
• You ensure payment transactions and liquidity management for several companies.
• Through meaningful, evaluative analyses and reports, you provide management with important decision-making bases.

• A higher business education, supplemented with further training in the area of ​​finance/controlling (e.g. expert in accounting and controlling) will help you to master this challenge
• Several years of solid professional experience in finance and controlling is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of preparing financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER and cost accounting
• Leadership experience and an inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate and successfully develop your team
• Strong analytical skills, structured and very solution-oriented work, networked thinking skills with an affinity for IT
• In-depth knowledge or high interest in the energy sector
