Manage the administration and territorial projects of the capital of Perche. Support and advise the new mayor-president.

Capital of Perche and sub-prefecture of Eure-et-Loir, the city of Nogent-le-Rotrou (9,500 inhabitants) and the Communauté de Communes du Perche (20 communes, 18,000 inhabitants) are experiencing strong economic and demographic dynamism enabled by a revitalization of the territories in the post-health crisis. This renewal rewards several years of action by the city for its attractiveness, the quality of its city center and the importance of facilities (sports, schools, history, hospitals, etc.) in the city which serves a much larger territory.

The Communauté de Communes du Perche and the town hall of Nogent-le-Rotrou are currently recruiting their Director General of Shared Services.

Teleworking possible!

  • The linchpin between the mayor president, the elected officials and the city administrations, the CCAS and the community of communes (320 agents), the Director General of Services implements the mandate project and provides a support and advisory role to the mayor and elected officials.
  • As the pilot of the administration, he is the main contact for the new mayor president, whom he advises and provides information on the administrative, legal, financial, budgetary and technical aspects of the files.
  • The Director General of Services brings together, leads and regulates the management committee of his administration, by involving the mayor and/or Chief of Staff and through him encourages cooperation and transversality in projects between services and agents.
  • Within the Community of Communes of Perche, he ensures the territorial balance between communes, ensures the proper exercise of intercommunal skills for the benefit of all.
  • He leads municipal and intercommunal projects, in particular the future of the Saint-Denis Abbey of Nogent-le-Rotrou (12th century).
  • He also acts as CEO of the Acquaval union.
  • As a senior executive of local authorities with at least 10 years of experience in administrative, financial, budgetary or legal management of local authorities, you have acquired perfect ease in supporting elected officials and in leading diverse management groups.
  • You have thus learned to reconcile political vision and its administrative, legal, technical and financial articulation.
  • A force for rapid and intuitive advice, you are both a file person and a proactive and rigorous person.
  • Conditions: Category A holder (territorial or principal attaché).
